Since I was a little girl I dreamed of being a writer, but as is so often the case, those dreams eventually got lost in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. That is, until I received a phone call one unsuspecting morning that would change my life forever.

Forced to come face to face with my own mortality, I realized that I’d been taking my life for granted. Everything I once thought mattered, didn’t really matter at all, and if I was ever going to make my dreams come true, I knew I had to do so now.

My debut book, F Words for Your Soul, is the result of that wake up call. I hope to inspire others to wake up and go after their dreams too, because tomorrow is never promised. I truly believe the desires in your heart are not random, they are your calling, and that we are all meant to live a life fueled by passion and purpose - not some day in the future, but now.

When I am not writing, you can find me enjoying the simple pleasures of life with my two children, Knox Ryan and Khloe Rose, my husband, Kyle, and our dog, Gracie. We enjoy weekends at home swimming and grilling out with friends, going on family hikes, and attending many of the local festivals.
